You can — and many people do — but choosing randomly is risky. Agents are not interchangeable. The specialist who dominates your property type or price point can make a measurable difference in exposure, negotiation, buyer pool, and final outcome.

Q: What does it cost me?
Nothing. There are no consultation fees, no retainers, and no obligation to move forward. Our compensation is handled privately on the backend if you choose to work with the expert we recommend.

Q: Who pays for the advisor?
The brokerage side handles compensation once the transaction closes. You never pay for the advisory, matchmaking, or oversight.

Q: Do I have to work with the agent you recommend?
No. If you already have an agent or prefer someone else, that’s perfectly fine. This service only makes sense if you want expert matchmaking.

Q: Do you work with both buyers and sellers?
Yes. We assist homeowners, buyers, investors, and commercial clients nationwide.

Q: Do you only work on luxury properties?
No — although we excel in luxury and specialty assignments. We also match experts for residential homes, relocations, investment acquisitions, land, commercial leasing, multifamily, and more.

Q: Can you help out-of-state or relocation clients?
Absolutely. Relocation is one of the top situations where expert matching matters.

Q: Do you stay involved once I’m connected with the agent?
Yes. As an advisor I stay available throughout the transaction to answer questions, offer insight, and keep things on track. If the transaction is straightforward, great. If not, you’ll be glad you had extra oversight.

Q: What if I already have an agent?
If you’re under representation, we don’t interfere. If you’re just exploring or not committed, we can help you assess your options.
